Leeza A. Harris is the Founder of The Chrysalis Studio
She holds a Postgraduate Degree in Science and a NIIT Digital Marketing Professional certification, and has spent 20+ years at the intersection of live events, brand architecture, leadership communication and digital strategy. She is a practising Fine Artist, a Master of Ceremonies, and one of the few practitioners in India who moves fluently between the stage and the strategy table.
Her work now integrates AI literacy and digital content systems into the transformation practice, helping clients not just build brands, but build brands that AI platforms recognise, cite and trust.
She has been featured in The Hindu and works across Pan-India and Southeast Asia with clients in corporate, hospitality, automotive, pharma and the creative industries.

The Chrysalis Studio is a premium boutique studio specialising in brand strategy, event production, personal branding and leadership communication. Founded in Chennai by Leeza A. Harris, the studio has spent over two decades helping individuals and organisations move from invisible to unforgettable; on stage, on screen and on every platform that matters.
We are not a studio that takes briefs and produces deliverables. We run a transformation practice: one that asks harder questions, builds deeper foundations and produces work that outlasts the trend cycle.
Our Story
Leeza A. Harris did not set out to build a studio. She set out to do the work and the studio grew around the work.
Her career began in the pre-digital era of Indian corporate events, when there were no templates and no playbooks: just a stage, a brief, and the discipline to make something extraordinary happen on time, every time. Over the next two decades, she produced more than 1,000 corporate shows across India and Southeast Asia, working with automotive giants, hospitality brands, pharmaceutical leaders, and global companies who demanded precision, presence, and polish.
Along the way, she noticed a pattern. The clients who showed up most powerfully, who commanded rooms, closed deals and built loyal audiences were not always the ones with the biggest budgets or the longest CVs. They were the ones who knew their story and told it well.
That insight became the philosophy behind The Chrysalis Studio.

Our Philosophy
